Your order is arriving
Orders are carefully packed and shipped within 2–4 working days.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive updates via email or WhatsApp to follow your shipment.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, but most orders are delivered within 4–7 working days across India.
Returns and Exchanges
Each Riviera piece is handmade with care, therefore we do not offer returns.
If your order arrives damaged during shipping, we offer an exchange under the following conditions:
• Please record a clear video while opening the package, showing the sealed parcel and the process of breaking the seal.
• The video should clearly show the product condition immediately after opening.
• This helps us verify that the damage occurred during shipping.
To request an exchange, please send:
• The unboxing video showing the seal being opened
• Clear photographs of the damaged product
• Your order number
These must be shared with us within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests submitted without the seal-opening video cannot be processed.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement for the same product
